We specialize in building structures ON-SITE. This allows structures to be built with limited yard access.
We have the capability for site prep and demo of most old structures as well.
Materials Used:-Our structures are built using 2x4 construction-16"o.c. spacing for walls, rafters and floor joists (8"o.c. for car storage floor)-Pressure Treated framing lumber is used for all exposed wood-Galvanized fasteners are used in all treated lumber-Quality 3/4" plywood is used for the floor. -For painted sheds, LP Multi-use Engineered Siding panels with wood grain have proven to be a good option.
Site Prep:Each shed should be placed on a 3/4" clean stone level base 3"-4" thick with a Pressure Treated 4x4 or 6x6 wood border to hold the stone in. The base should extend past the shed about 6"' on each side. For example, a 10'x20' shed should have roughly a 11'x21' level stone base (see picture below).
